This really should be called: ‘You won’t believe it has spinach’ shake!
But seriously, be daring and generous with your handful of spinach because you really won’t taste it and it’s a great way to get your greens in! This chocolate peanut butter protein shake is my go-to meal (or dessert) replacement and I know you will love it.
The recipe mentions adding PB2- you can check it out here since they don’t sell it in stores. It is only 45 cals for 2 tbsp instead of almost 200 for peanut butter!
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp PB2 (or Peanut Butter)
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
